Edmonton Public Schools does a feedback survey each year to help us understand how best to serve our students, staff, and families.

The Division Feedback Survey is an opportunity to learn more about your experiences with Edmonton Public Schools. The survey also helps us measure progress against our 2022-2026 Strategic Plan priorities:

Priority 1: Build on outstanding learning opportunities for all students
Priority 2: Advance action towards anti-racism and reconciliation
Priority 3: Promote a comprehensive approach to student and staff well-being and mental health

Your participation will help us understand strengths and areas of improvement, so that our Division can plan and respond to the changing needs of our school communities. The survey will take 7-10 minutes. Your participation is anonymous. The more families we hear from, the stronger our data will be.

This year, the Board of Trustees is inviting staff, students and families to answer a few additional questions in the Division Feedback Survey, focused on school safety.

As you may be aware, the Board of Trustees has been seeking feedback from students, staff and the community to help inform a decision on the School Resource Officer program, as well as further steps the Division can take to ensure schools are safe and welcoming spaces. To-date, this feedback has included an external research project, student focus groups and conversations with Division leaders.

Your feedback is valued and will help to inform safety decisions.

You can use the “back” arrow and “next” button at the bottom of each page to navigate between different pages as you fill out the survey.

Your responses will help Edmonton Public Schools take further steps towards school improvement. Thank you for your participation! If you have any questions about this survey, please contact the principal of your child’s school.
